Shipping Policy

Free UK standard delivery

Standard delivery is free for our current hair and beauty range to UK addresses supported at checkout. Product prices include delivery, so there is no additional standard UK shipping charge at checkout and no minimum order value.

Processing and delivery

Delivery estimates vary by product and supplier and include separate processing and transit times. A supplier's shipping estimate may cover transit only. Please check the product-specific estimate before ordering. If an estimate is not displayed, contact zentrixa@gmail.com for confirmation. We do not promise a universal next-day or express service.

Tracking and split deliveries

When tracking is available, it will be sent with the dispatch confirmation. Products fulfilled separately may arrive in different parcels. Free UK standard delivery still applies to eligible items fulfilled separately.

Outside the UK

The free delivery offer applies only to eligible UK addresses. Where delivery outside the UK is available, the applicable charges are shown at checkout.

Delivery problems

If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us with your order number. We remain your point of contact for resolving your order, including when a supplier fulfils it. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
